Holiday Yams

Ingredients

• Servings: 10
• 1 dozen medium size orange
• 6 -7 yams
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 large marshmallows
• 3 tablespoons butter

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325°f.
• 2 slice oranges in half. remove all pulp (set aside) to make orange holders.
• 3 peel and slice yams cut up and boil in pan of water until tender.
• 4 drain, mash and whip till smooth.
• 5 while whipping add butter.
• 6 add cup of pulp to yams and continue whipping till well blended.
• 7 scoop mixture into orange shells.
• 8 top with marshmallow.
• 9 place in pan.
• 10 bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
