Ethiopian Spicy Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons clarified butter (nitir kebe)
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (mitimita)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (korerima)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preparation:.
