Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped (green part only)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
- 1 tablespoon green onion
Recipe
- 1 simmer ingredients over medium heat for 5 minutes, remove from heat and set aside.
- 2 sprinkle with chopped green onion.
