Ingredients

- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (7 ounce) can embasa salsa, with lemon juice
- 12 g tomato bouillon, with chicken flavor
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 in a small pot add 2 cups water, rice, margarine, salt, pepper, embasa salsa, and 1 cube tomato/chicken bouillion.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 reduce heat to low.
- 4 cover with lid.
- 5 let cook for 20 minutes without lifting lid.
