Elizabeth's Rice With A Kick!

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (7 ounce) can embasa salsa, with lemon juice
  • 12 g tomato bouillon, with chicken flavor
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 in a small pot add 2 cups water, rice, margarine, salt, pepper, embasa salsa, and 1 cube tomato/chicken bouillion.
  • 2 bring to a boil.
