Fresh Basil Topped Mini Focaccias

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 13 mins Cook Time: 17 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, uncooked
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°f spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. press or roll each biscuit to 4-inch round and place on cookie sheet 3 inches apart.
  • 2 brush tops of biscuits with olive oil. sprinkle with garlic, basil and cheese.
  • 3 bake 12-17 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
