Ingredients
- 2 lbs southern style hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions (dried, or minced work well too)
- 1/2 cup melted butter or 1/2 cup margarine
Recipe
- 1 mix potatoes, sour cream, cheese, soup, onion, and butter together.
- 2 put in a 9 x 13 in pan.
- 3 bake at 350 for 1 hr or slightly less.
