Ingredients

- 2 lbs potatoes
- 1/2 cup gorgonzola (thinly sliced)
- 5 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil and mash potatoes.
- 2 butter a baking dish and evenly spread half of mashed potatoes into it.
- 3 cover with thin slices of gorgonzola.
- 4 cover with remaining mashed potatoes.
- 5 place bits of butter on top and bake at 290°f for 8 minutes.
- 6 serve hot, season as desired. serves 4.
