Ingredients

- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups instant rice, uncooked
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, chilies and cheese.
- 2 stir in the rice.
- 3 pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- 4 bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
