Ingredients

- 1 lb brussels sprout
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons thyme (or dill weed works too)
Recipe
- 1 skewer the sprouts
- 2 drizzle with the olive oil
- 3 liberally cover the sprouts with thyme.
- 4 grill until outside leaves are dark brown.
