Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons prepared horseradish (or to taste)
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 peel and roughly chop the potatoes.
  • 2 rinse the horseradish to remove the vinegar taste.
  • 3 boil in lightly salted water until tender.
  • 4 drain well, rice or mash, and add remaining ingredients with salt and pepper to taste.
