Dad's Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb sausage
- 14 ounces prepared stuffing, cubed
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth or 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans turkey broth
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 head celery
Recipe
- 1 cook stuffing according to directions, using broth in lieu of water. remove to a bowl when finished.
- 2 while stuffing is cooking, scramble fry sausage and remove into bowl.
- 3 using as meat grinder, combine stuffing, sausage, celery and onion.
- 4 send through a second time.
- 5 place in turkey if desired.
- 6 cook stuffing at 350°f for about 30 minutes uncovered for crispy stuffing, covered for moist stuffing.
