Heather Kirkwood's Favorite Pineapple Stuffing

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
  • 10 slices bread, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 grease a large roasting pan.
  • 3 cream together margarine, sugar and vanilla.
  • 4 blend in the eggs, one at a time.
  • 5 add pineapple and bread cubes and stir well with a large spoon.
  • 6 please mixture in roasting pan for 1 hour or until bubbly.
  • 7 sprinkle with cinnamon.
