Heather Kirkwood's Favorite Pineapple Stuffing

Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 8 eggs
- 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, drained
- 10 slices bread, cubed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease a large roasting pan.
- 3 cream together margarine, sugar and vanilla.
- 4 blend in the eggs, one at a time.
- 5 add pineapple and bread cubes and stir well with a large spoon.
- 6 please mixture in roasting pan for 1 hour or until bubbly.
- 7 sprinkle with cinnamon.
