- 1 kg potato, cut into chunks
- 250 ml light cream
- 1 (30 g) package french onion soup mix
- 1 cup light cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 steam the potatoes until just tender.
- 2 place in a casserole dish, sprinkle with the french onion soup mix.
- 3 pour cream over the top.
- 4 sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes.
