French Onion Potatoes

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 kg potato, cut into chunks
  • 250 ml light cream
  • 1 (30 g) package french onion soup mix
  • 1 cup light cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 steam the potatoes until just tender.
  • 2 place in a casserole dish, sprinkle with the french onion soup mix.
  • 3 pour cream over the top.
  • 4 sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes.
