Harby's Stuffed Squash In Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

- 15 squash
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 cup rice
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- cinnamon, to taste
- allspice
Recipe
- 1 wash& rinse rice and add the pepper, salt, cinnamon and all spice.
- 2 mix with the raw meat.
- 3 set aside.
- 4 brush lightly to clean the outside of each squash and cut off tops.
- 5 core squash, leaving a thin shell.
- 6 rinse in salt and water.
- 7 stuff 3/4 full with meat/rice mixture.
- 8 place in pot side by side.
- 9 cover 1/2 of pot with water.
- 10 let boil.
- 11 add tomato sauce.
- 12 lower temperature to medium and cook until done.
