Harby's Stuffed Squash In Tomato Sauce

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 15 squash
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 cup rice
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • cinnamon, to taste
  • allspice

Recipe

  • 1 wash& rinse rice and add the pepper, salt, cinnamon and all spice.
  • 2 mix with the raw meat.
  • 3 set aside.
  • 4 brush lightly to clean the outside of each squash and cut off tops.
  • 5 core squash, leaving a thin shell.
  • 6 rinse in salt and water.
  • 7 stuff 3/4 full with meat/rice mixture.
  • 8 place in pot side by side.
  • 9 cover 1/2 of pot with water.
  • 10 let boil.
  • 11 add tomato sauce.
  • 12 lower temperature to medium and cook until done.
