Greek Potato Wedges

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 irish potatoes, washed and quartered (do not peel)
  • 1/2-1 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons cavenders all purpose greek seasoning
  • 1 medium onion, cut in slices

Recipe

  • 1 mix: 1/2 cup flour with the greek seasoning.
  • 2 dip potato wedges in melted margarine.
  • 3 coat with the flour and seasoning mixture.
  • 4 lay potatoes in 9x13-inch pan.
  • 5 put layer of onion slices over potatoes.
  • 6 sprinkle some of the greek seasoning over onions.
  • 7 put in 400° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
