Kartoflen Auf Lauf

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 6 -9 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced
  • 1 onion, sauteed
  • 1/2 cup velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen creamed spinach, i use just chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 mix potatoes, onion, cheeses, and spinach in casserole dish.
  • 2 poke holes in mixture.
  • 3 pour egg/sour cream mixture over it and top with grated cheese.
  • 4 season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic salt and nutmeg.
  • 5 bake at 350-375 until top is browned.
