Ingredients

- 1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
- 10 ounces sweet whole kernel corn, frozen
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup tomato, ripe and cubed
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 in 2qt saucepan melt butter. stir in remaining ingredients except tomato and parsley. cover and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until vegetables are crispy tender.
- 2 remove from heat.
- 3 stir in tomato and parsley, cover and let stand 1 minute or until tomato is heated through.
- 4 serve.
