Garden Patch Corn

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine
  • 10 ounces sweet whole kernel corn, frozen
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup tomato, ripe and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 in 2qt saucepan melt butter. stir in remaining ingredients except tomato and parsley. cover and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until vegetables are crispy tender.
  • 2 remove from heat.
  • 3 stir in tomato and parsley, cover and let stand 1 minute or until tomato is heated through.
  • 4 serve.
