Easy Pickled Beets

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 -8 beets
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Recipe
- 1 boil beets for approx.
- 2 15-20 minutes.
- 3 drain and pour cold water over them.
- 4 peel skin off and cut roots& tops off.
- 5 in a sauce pan add remaining ingredients, stir.
- 6 and add beets, bring to a boil.
- 7 simmer for 5 minutes.
- 8 chill.
- 9 good for 1 month in refridgerator.
