Karen's Pineapple Bread Stuffing

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup melted light butter (or margarine)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup egg beaters egg substitute (or 4 eggs)
  • 12 ounces bread cubes
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven at 350 degrees.
  • 2 combine all ingredients and pour into a 6x9 baking pan.
  • 3 bake for 25 minutes or more until set.
