- 1 (7 ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4 ounces canned diced green chiles, drained
- 3 slices cheese, chopped
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 400.
- 2 mix muffin mix, milk and egg just until blended.
- 3 stir in chiles and cheese.
- 4 pour into greased 8 inch square pan.
- 5 bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. cut into squares.
