Easy Cheesy Chili Cornbread

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (7 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 4 ounces canned diced green chiles, drained
  • 3 slices cheese, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400.
  • 2 mix muffin mix, milk and egg just until blended.
  • 3 stir in chiles and cheese.
  • 4 pour into greased 8 inch square pan.
  • 5 bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. cut into squares.
