Dijon Thyme Broccoli With Pine Nuts

Ingredients

  • 5 cups raw broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts

Recipe

  • 1 arrange broccoli in a steamer, steam covered for 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. place broccoli in a large bowl.
  • 2 combine shallots, olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, and fresh thyme in a bowl, and stir with a whisk.
