Hash Browns Potatoes

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (30 ounce) bag frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup vidalia onion (chopped)
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounces nonfat sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix all ingredients, except hash browns, in a large bowl.
  • 3 add hash browns to mixture and stir well.
  • 4 place in a large baking dish.
  • 5 bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until slightly brown.
