Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 (30 ounce) bag frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup vidalia onion (chopped)
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 16 ounces nonfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix all ingredients, except hash browns, in a large bowl.
- 3 add hash browns to mixture and stir well.
- 4 place in a large baking dish.
- 5 bake for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until slightly brown.
