Cucumber And Yogurt Raita

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 serrano chili, seeded and minced
  • 1 1/2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mint
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed, toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well.
  • 2 cover and chill for an hour.
