Ingredients

- 1 (3 ounce) package raspberry gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups ginger ale
- 1 cup chopped fresh pears or 1 cup canned pears
Recipe
- 1 dissolve the gelatin in the hot water in a large bowl.
- 2 add the lemon juice and ginger ale.
- 3 chill until slightly thickened.
- 4 fold in pears.
- 5 chill until firm.
