Egg Fluffed Corn

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups corn, cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 4 tablespoons flour (sifted)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 eggs, separated

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients, except egg whites. beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. pour into greased casserote and bake 300-325 degrees approximately 45 minutes.
