- 3 cups corn, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 4 tablespoons flour (sifted)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 eggs, separated
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients, except egg whites. beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. pour into greased casserote and bake 300-325 degrees approximately 45 minutes.
