- 4 cups sliced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup fat free ranch dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine cucumbers and onions.
- 2 pour dressing over cucumbers and onions.
- 3 add salt and black pepper.
- 4 stir gently to combine.
- 5 cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
