Homemade Stuffing

Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 10 slices of toasted bread
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 1/2-3/4 cup sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
Recipe
- 1 toast 10 slices of bread, break up into small pieces and pour hot water over to soften bread.
- 2 add the 2 eggs beaten and chopped onion.
- 3 add sugar, and sage.
- 4 mix with your hands (or spoon if you prefer).
- 5 add salt and pepper.
- 6 mix well and stuff in bird or if cooking alone wrap in foil and put in pan.
- 7 bake at 325-350 for appx one hour to one hour and a half. (depending on how your oven works.).
