Jen's Broccoli Salad - 5g Net Carbs

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup bacon piece (about 4 slices bacon)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup splenda granular
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, stems chopped, crowns separated into small florets
Recipe
- 1 in large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except the broccoli. mix well.
- 2 add broccoli pieces and mix well to coat.
- 3 refrigerate salad until serving time.
