Ingredients
- 6 cups cucumbers
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/8 cup vinegar
- 1/8 cup onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 thinly slice cucumbers and onion (adjust onion to your taste, i love onions) and place in a bowl large enough to stir in other ingredients.
- 2 add milk and vinegar. milk will curdle a bit because of reaction with vinegar.
- 3 add salt and pepper (adjust quantity to your taste) and stir till liquid is blended. the curdled milk should not be present any longer.
- 4 you can enjoy right away or chill in fridge until ready to eat.
