Cucumber Salad - Sugar Free

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/8 cup vinegar
  • 1/8 cup onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 thinly slice cucumbers and onion (adjust onion to your taste, i love onions) and place in a bowl large enough to stir in other ingredients.
  • 2 add milk and vinegar. milk will curdle a bit because of reaction with vinegar.
  • 3 add salt and pepper (adjust quantity to your taste) and stir till liquid is blended. the curdled milk should not be present any longer.
  • 4 you can enjoy right away or chill in fridge until ready to eat.
