Corn Casserole

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups corn, drained
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 eggs, well beaten

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter over low heat.
  • 2 add flour and mix well.
  • 3 add milk gradually, stirring constantly, bring mixture to boiling point.
  • 4 add corn, sugar, salt, and pepper, heat throughly.
  • 5 remove from heat and add beaten eggs.
  • 6 pour into a greased baking dish.
  • 7 bake 350 degrees for 25 min, or until firm.
