Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups corn, drained
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs, well beaten
Recipe
- 1 melt butter over low heat.
- 2 add flour and mix well.
- 3 add milk gradually, stirring constantly, bring mixture to boiling point.
- 4 add corn, sugar, salt, and pepper, heat throughly.
- 5 remove from heat and add beaten eggs.
- 6 pour into a greased baking dish.
- 7 bake 350 degrees for 25 min, or until firm.
