Goat Cheese Polenta

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 bring milk, broth, salt and pepper to a boil.
  • 2 wisk in cornmeal and reduce heat to low.
  • 3 stir constantly for 5 minutes.
  • 4 remove from heat stir in cheeses and oil.
  • 5 place in bowl and top with bolognese sauce and extra parmesan cheese.
