Goat Cheese Polenta

Ingredients

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Recipe
- 1 bring milk, broth, salt and pepper to a boil.
- 2 wisk in cornmeal and reduce heat to low.
- 3 stir constantly for 5 minutes.
- 4 remove from heat stir in cheeses and oil.
- 5 place in bowl and top with bolognese sauce and extra parmesan cheese.
