Fried Lamb Or Chicken Liver Curry

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb liver, cut into slices
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions till golden.
- 2 combine all of the spices with the salt and a little water to make a paste.
- 3 rub the spice paste into the liver and add it to the pan with the garic.
- 4 cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
- 5 serve garnished with the tomatoes.
