Ingredients

- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- hot oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 heat oil until it's good and hot.
- 2 fry sweet potatoes for about 8 minutes.
- 3 remove from fryer and place on a napkin to drain off excess oil.
- 4 sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- 5 stir to coat evenly.
- 6 serve immediately.
