Ingredients
- 4 ears corn, husked
- 2 limes, quartered
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon amchoor powder
Recipe
- 1 mix dry ingredients.
- 2 roast corn over grill or open gas burner flame until kernels are lightly browned.
- 3 dip lime into spice mixture.
- 4 squeeze live juice onto corn and rub it on the the corn to carry the spices into the corn. continue until the spices are used up.
