Grilled Fresh Corn

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn, husked
  • 2 limes, quartered
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon amchoor powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix dry ingredients.
  • 2 roast corn over grill or open gas burner flame until kernels are lightly browned.
  • 3 dip lime into spice mixture.
  • 4 squeeze live juice onto corn and rub it on the the corn to carry the spices into the corn. continue until the spices are used up.
