- 4 slices sourdough bread, thick slices
- 4 garlic cloves, cut in half
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 grill the slices of bread for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- 2 as soon as you remove the slices from the grill, rub both sides with the cut side of a garlic clove, and then brush with melted butter.
