- 4 sweet potatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 (12 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
Recipe
- 1 peel and cut sweet potatoes into bite-size pieces.
- 2 slice red onion into small chunks.
- 3 drain 3/4 of juice from pineapple.
- 4 mix ingredients and put into a 9x13" pan.
- 5 bake at 350 for 1 hour.
