- 4 large russet potatoes

- 1 peel potatoes.
- 2 boil in salted water for about 15 minutes just until potatoes are cooked on outside but still stiff.
- 3 drain on paper towels.
- 4 cut into slices with serated knife.
- 5 deep fry in hot oil until brown and crispy.
- 6 drain on paper towels.
- 7 add salt.
