Ingredients
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 10 ounces preserves- peaches or 10 ounces apricots
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 mix the eggs, sour cream, lemon juice, butter, and sugar together with a whisk.
- 3 fold in the warm noodles and pour 3/4 of the mixture into a 9x13 inch dish.
- 4 spread the preserves over the noodles and top with the remainder 1/4 of noodles.
- 5 sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 1 hour until a knife comes out clean when placed in the center.
