Easy Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1/2 lb elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
  • 2 mix sour cream, cottage cheese, milk, egg, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl.
  • 3 gently add noodles and 2 cups of cheddar cheese, mixing lightly.
  • 4 pour into a greased 13" x 9" caserole dish.
  • 5 sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
  • 6 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
