Easy Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook macaroni according to package directions and drain.
- 2 mix sour cream, cottage cheese, milk, egg, salt and pepper in large mixing bowl.
- 3 gently add noodles and 2 cups of cheddar cheese, mixing lightly.
- 4 pour into a greased 13" x 9" caserole dish.
- 5 sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
