Edamame With Asian Sauce

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb edamame
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar or 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 boil the edamame in salted water for 5-8 minutes.
  • 2 combine all of the other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a simmer, stirring, to dissolve sugar or honey.
  • 3 toss with the hot edamame. serve immediately.
