Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard powder
- salt
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 place eggs in saucepan of salted cold water and bring to a boil.
- 2 once boiling cover with lid and remove from heat.
- 3 let stand for 14 minutes.
- 4 rinse eggs with cold water then peel and finely chop.
- 5 mix together mayonnaise and dry mustard powder.
- 6 stir into eggs.
- 7 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 8 serve and enjoy.
