Egg Salad

Total Time: 24 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 14 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard powder
  • salt
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place eggs in saucepan of salted cold water and bring to a boil.
  • 2 once boiling cover with lid and remove from heat.
  • 3 let stand for 14 minutes.
  • 4 rinse eggs with cold water then peel and finely chop.
  • 5 mix together mayonnaise and dry mustard powder.
  • 6 stir into eggs.
  • 7 add salt and pepper to taste.
  • 8 serve and enjoy.
