German Bean Sprout Stir Fry

Ingredients

- 4 slices bacon (chopped in small pieces)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3 tablespoons italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 (12 ounce) package fresh bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- chopped parsley
- salt (optional)
- pepper (optional)
Recipe
- 1 fry bacon until crisp.
- 2 meanwhile, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
- 3 mix dressing and vinegar in a separate bowl.
- 4 when bacon is cooked, drain grease from pan.
- 5 add bean sprouts to pan with bacon, and salt and pepper, if desired. stir fry for 2 minutes.
- 6 stir in dressing mixture and soy sauce; then stir in cornstarch mixture. do not overcook.
- 7 remove from pan and sprinkle with parsley.
- 8 serve immediately.
