- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1 lb graded monterey jack cheese
- 8 ounces green chilies
- salt
- 1/2 cup graded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook rice and add all ingredients except the cheddar. mix, spread in 9x11 pan, sprinkle with cheddar bake at 350 until heated through.
