Ginger Garlic Linguine

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 12 ounces uncooked linguine
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh gingerroot
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook linguine according to package directions.
  • 2 meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter.
  • 3 stir in the onions, ginger, garlic, basil and cayenne pepper.
  • 4 cook and stir over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until onions are tender.
  • 5 drain linguine; add to skillet and toss to coat.
  • 6 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
