Ginger Garlic Linguine

Ingredients

- 12 ounces uncooked linguine
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh gingerroot
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook linguine according to package directions.
- 2 meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter.
- 3 stir in the onions, ginger, garlic, basil and cayenne pepper.
- 4 cook and stir over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until onions are tender.
- 5 drain linguine; add to skillet and toss to coat.
- 6 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
