- 1 cantaloupe, peeled seeded, and cubed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
Recipe
- 1 preheat grill to about med-low.
- 2 heat butter and honey together in a saucepan.
- 3 stir in the mint.
- 4 thread melon on skewers.
- 5 baste with sauce.
- 6 grill on lightly oiled grill 5-7 minutes, turning often.
- 7 can be served warm or room temperature.
