Ingredients

- 5 large mcintosh apples, cored (about 2 lbs)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup seedless raisin
- 3 tablespoons sugar, to taste
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 place apples in microwave dish.
- 2 add water and raisins and cover.
- 3 microwave on high for 10 minutes.
- 4 let stand 10 minutes.
- 5 remove apple skins and mash apples with a fork.
- 6 stir in sugar and cinnamon.
