Jenni's Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 (16 ounce) container parmesan cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) package mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (not miracle whip,too sweet)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 thaw spinch according to package directions.
  • 3 drain well. (you do not want it watery.).
  • 4 chop up artichoke hearts.
  • 5 add all ingredients in a medium sized casserole dish.
  • 6 bake in middle oven rack for 25 to 30 minutes, or until slightly golden and bubbly.
  • 7 serve with tortilla chips.
