Ingredients

- 2 cups raw gluten
- 3 tablespoons tamri soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Recipe
- 1 shape gluten into a ball. place it in a covered baking dish or slow cooker.
- 2 measure water into a mixing bowl. stir in all remaining ingredients.
- 3 pour water over gluten.
- 4 bake, covered, in a 250 oven for 10 hours or over night. cook in a slow cooker set on low for 16 hours.
