Gluten Roast With A Beef Flavor

Total Time: 16 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 16 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups raw gluten
  • 3 tablespoons tamri soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Recipe

  • 1 shape gluten into a ball. place it in a covered baking dish or slow cooker.
  • 2 measure water into a mixing bowl. stir in all remaining ingredients.
  • 3 pour water over gluten.
  • 4 bake, covered, in a 250 oven for 10 hours or over night. cook in a slow cooker set on low for 16 hours.
