Ingredients

• 12 potatoes, medium
• 3 ounces cream cheese
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 onion, grated
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

• 1 peel potatoes.
• 2 boil potatoes.
• 3 mash.
• 4 mix all ingredients together except parmesan cheese.
• 5 put in 9x13 pan.
• 6 sprinkle with cheese.
• 7 bake 1/2 hour in 375 degree oven then brown under broiler.
