Emily's Cheesy Corn Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box cornbread mix (jiffy)
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can of sweet creamed corn
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) can sweet whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients and blend well.
  • 2 pour into a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole baking dish.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until light brown on top.
  • 4 note: 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese may be sprinkled on top during last 10 minutes of baking (optional).
